RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are required on any cruise where food is provided. Advanced reservations are are not required, but are strongly recommended for other cruises. Seats sell out fast and there is no guarantee that space will be available for walk-ups.

What happens if I need to reschedule my pre-paid reservation?

Once you have booked and paid for your cruise, no refunds will be issued. Lake Pleasant Cruises does allow guests to reschedule their pre-paid cruise, with appropriate notice. 24+ hours notice (prior to scheduled cruise departure) is required in order to reschedule your cruise. Please contact our ticket office to reschedule at 602-456-9955 Ext.1.

 

Can the cruise be cancelled due to weather?

Yes. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel a cruise, you will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability). Lake Pleasant Cruises may  cancel a cruise in cases of lightning/thunder or extreme winds. We will not cancel a cruise due to rain. Please keep in mind that in the event of rain, there are enclosed areas on the boat to which you can move. If you are wondering if the weather has affected our departure, please call our office at

What happens if the cruise is cancelled by Lake Pleasant Cruises?

In the rare case that a cruise must be cancelled by LPC, pre-paid customers will receive a refund, or a chance to reschedule to another date. We will contact all customers with pre-paid reservations.

 

Does Lake Pleasant Cruises offer tours year-round?

No. We are closed mid June through mid September, and mid December through mid January. Please check our website for an up-to-date cruise schedule.

Is there a restaurant at Pleasant Harbor Marina?

Yes. Pleasant Harbor Marina is home to award-winning, Dillon's BBQ Restaurant. You can find out more on their website www.dillonsrestaurant.com/bayou

 

Are private charters available?

Yes! A unique venue, on the beautiful waters of Lake Pleasant, The Phoenix is the perfect location for your special event. We offer private charters for special occasions such as weddings, receptions, corporate events, birthdays, etc. Please visit our Private Charters Page for details.

 

Are gift certificates available?

Yes. Gift certificates are available for any occasion. To purchase a gift certificate, please visit the Gift Certificates Page.

ON BOARD 'THE PHOENIX'

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No. Other than bottled water in a clear, factory-sealed bottle, no outside food or drink is allowed onboard 'The Phoenix'.

 

Are food and drinks available on board?

Yes. The Phoenix has a full bar on board, which offers liquor, beer, wine, water, soft drinks, and more. Snacks such as popcorn, chips, cookies, nuts and candy are also available for purchase. Please keep in mind that the bar on board is CASH ONLY. Click HERE to see our menu.

 

Is seating assigned on the cruise?

No. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, for all cruises.

 

Are lifejackets available for use?

Yes. We do have lifejackets on board for every passenger. Arizona State Law requires that all children ages 12 and under wear lifejackets at all times, while aboard 'The Phoenix'. Crew members will pass out lifejackets to children at the beginning of every cruise. You are welcome to bring your own child's lifejacket, if preferred.

 

What should I wear?

Please make sure you dress appropriately for the weather. Casual attire is usually preferred and a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended year round. If you are cruising in the evening or winter bring a jacket! The lower deck is climate-controlled. The top deck is open-air, but covered with a canopy.

 

Is there air conditioning aboard 'The Phoenix'?

Yes. The lower level is climate controlled. The top deck is open air, but shaded with a canopy.

Is the boat handicap accessible?

Yes. 'The Phoenix' is handicap accessible. This includes a wheel chair accessible bathroom and grab bar. However, the upstairs deck is accessible only by stairs. Downstairs seating is limited, so please arrive early if you need to sit downstairs. We are not able to reserve seats, as seating is first come, first served. There is a shuttle service available from the parking lot.

 

Does the boat have a bathroom?

Yes. There are two bathrooms on board 'The Phoenix'.

 

Is smoking allowed on the cruise?

No. Due to Arizona State Law, smoking is not allowed anywhere on board the boat.

 

Can I bring my pet on board?

No. However, registered service animals are allowed on board.
